REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS FOR THE REHABILITATION/RENOVATION OF GENERAL HOSPITALS AT AUGIE, MAIYAMA, MAHUTA, WARRAH AND ZURU

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to invite qualified and experienced construction companies to submit sealed quotations for the Rehabilitation/Renovation of General Hospitals at Augie in Augie LGA, Maiyama in Maiyama LGA, Mahuta in Fakai LGA, Warrah in Ngaski LGA, and Marther Bamayi General Hospital Zuru under the Kebbi State Ministry of Health.

The Kebbi State Ministry of Health, on behalf of the Kebbi State Government, hereby invites eligible and qualified contractors for the execution of the above-mentioned projects.

Interested contractors shall submit the following documents:
i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Company issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Evidence of Registration with the Kebbi State Ministerial Tenders Board.
iii. Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years.
iv. Evidence of Financial Capability and Bank Reference Letter.
v. Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years.
vi. Evidence of VAT Registration and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
vii. Company Profile with details of key technical and professional personnel.
viii. Evidence of ownership or access to relevant construction equipment and machinery.
ix. Evidence of previous successful execution of similar building construction, rehabilitation or renovation projects.
x. Evidence of registration with COREN and other relevant professional regulatory bodies where applicable.
xi. Any other documents demonstrating the contractor’s technical competence and financial capability.

3. All contractors shall submit their quotations in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Quotation for the Rehabilitation/Renovation of General Hospitals at Augie, Maiyama, Mahuta, Warrah and Zuru” within two (2) weeks from the date of this advertisement to the address below during official working hours of 0900hrs to 1600hrs, Mondays through Thursdays and 0900hrs to 1300hrs on Fridays.

4. The Kebbi State Ministry of Health reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason for the rejection.

5. Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, July 3rd, 2026. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
