1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit”) toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES). The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), State Coordination Office (SCO), Bauchi, an implementing agency of the Client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of 60 No of 10,000 Ltr Capacity Solar Boreholes and Drinking Tough in Producers Cluster Grazing Reserve Stock Root Across the State and Construction of 5,000 Ltr Solar Borehole in 15 Units Renovated / Constructed Slaughterhouses (lot 1-3) Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Bauchi State Coordination Office (SCO) Bauchi and upon approval by the Bank, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement.

2 The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project –Bauchi State Coordination Office, Bauchi State now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for this activity: Construction of 60 No of 10,000 Ltr Capacity Solar Boreholes and Drinking Tough in Producers Cluster Grazing Reserve Stock Root Across the State and Construction of 5,000 Ltr Solar Borehole in 15 Units Renovated / Constructed Slaughterhouses (lot 1-3)
