INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE YEAR 2026 PROJECT

1.0 PREAMBLE:
The Ministry of Works hereby invite competent /qualified contractors to submit technical bids for execution of the under listed projects under year 2026 projects.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORKS
(1.) Construction of Teachers Quarters Lot 1
(2.) Construction of Local Government Secretariat in Mafa Lot 2
(3.) Construction of Judges Quarters Lot 3

3.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To be qualified for tender, the following documents should be submitted.
i. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years
ii. Evidence of Current Pension Compliance Certificate (2026)
iii. Evidence of Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Certificate (2026)
iv. Evidence of Current from Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate (2026)
v. Evidence of Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether any officer of the relevant committees of Ministry of Works, Maiduguri or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
vi. Evidence of List of plants/equipment with proof of ownership/lease
vii. Verifiable documentary of at least there (3) similar jobs in the last five (5) years including letter of awards, valuation certificates and job completion certificates
viii. Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 1/1/2026 or certificate issued by BPP;
ix. Company profile with Curriculum Vitae (CV) of staff to be deployed for the Project in LOT A including copies of professional qualifications.

4.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
All enquiries regarding the advertisement should be directed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, Maiduguri between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

5.0 SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All submissions for each LOT should be in duplicate copies in a Wax sealed Envelope and Identified with the project reference and lot number at the top left-hand corner and marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR TENDER” which should be submitted on or before 12noon of Monday 28th July 2026.

Pre-qualification documents will be publicly opened on the bid opening date at the dateline (12noon of Monday 28th July 2026) and only pre-qualified companies will be eligible for financial bidding

INVITATION TO TENDER

1.0 PREAMBLE
The Delta State Government through the Ministry of Water Resources Development (MWRD) hereby invites tenders from reputable contractors for the Rehabilitation of Solar Powered Water Supply Scheme at Onyeagwu Primary School, Umunede, Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
• DRILLING OF 200MM DIA BOREHOLE AND CONSTRUCTION OF 300M OF 50MM DIA (10BAR) DIA UPVC PIPELINE EXTENSION.

3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Companies interested in the project are to submit company profiles which must contain the following:

c. Evidence of Company’s Financial Capacity (3 years audited financial statement);

BEDC Electricity Plc intends to procure one (1) set of 11kV, 1250A Indoor Switchgear comprising eight (8) panel boards for the Asaba Mains 2 × 15MVA, 33/11kV Injection Substation. The switchgear shall preferably be of Schneider PIX-ROF, Siemens, or any other equivalent make, and shall comprise the following:

1) Two (2) Incomer Panels;
2) Five (5) Outgoing Feeder Panels; and
3) One (1) Bus Coupler Panel.

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Interested firms must demonstrate capacity and experience by submitting the following:

ADVERTISEMENT – 19N10226Q0006 – NEC GENERATOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE

DUE: JULY 28, 2026

SECTION I — DESCRIPTION / STATEMENT OF WORK

1.1       Requirement

The U.S. EMBASSY, ABUJA is seeking proposals for a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for four (4) units of 1000 KVA C32 series Caterpillar generators as detailed in the attached solicitation. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract payable entirely in NGN or USD as applicable by relevant laws and regulations. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with three (3) one-year options. Prospective offerors review the attached solicitation and submit a complete proposal that addresses all the requirements and submission instructions.

1.2       Pre-quotation Site Inspection

A pre-quotation site inspection will be held to review the solicitation with prospective offerors to provide clarification and respond to questions as follows:

  3. Technical Proposal addressing all the solicitation provisions in Section 3.
  4. Section 5 – Representations and Certifications
  5. Proof of SAM.gov registration

2.2       Format
