1. The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Livestock Development, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Livestock Service Centre (LSC).

Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.

2. The Niger State Project Implementation Unit, Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project now invite sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the above-mentioned activity in Niger State as follows;

Note: The project involves Construction of cattle feed lot, holding pen metal, fence work iron sheds. Admin block, vet clinic, Quarantine pen, mosque perimeter fence Gate house and gate, landscaping and Furnishing. Construction of access road, Drainage, Road shoulder and road signage. Water supply system, treatment plant, pump storage tanks, reticulating network, Solar Power generation and distribution, Security lighting surveillance system and Strict undertaking of Social and Environmental Safeguard measures.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement method using Request for Bids (RFB) document as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” November, 2020- Fourth Edition (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
