INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ICT/GIS EQUIPMENT, PRINTERS, DRONES AND ACCESSORIES, FIRST AID AND WORK SAFETY EQUIPMENT

1. The Ogun State Government has received financing from the European Investment Bank toward the cost of The Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (NEWMAP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under this contract for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of ICT/GIS Equipment, Printers, Drones and accessories, First Aid and Work Safety Equipment.

2. The Ogun State Nigeria Climate Adaptation-Erosion and Watershed Project (NEWMAP-EIB) invites sealed tenders for the supply, Installation and Commissioning of:

3. Tendering will be conducted under the open competitive method National Competitive Bidding using a BPP-EIB standardized Tender Document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

4. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for only one (1) lot.

5. Qualified and interested Tenderers may obtain further information from Ogun State Nigeria Climate Adaptation-Erosion and Watershed Project (NEWMAP-EIB), 2nd Floor Moyo House, MTD, Ibara Abeokuta and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours: 0900 to 1500 hours, Monday to Friday with the exception of public Holidays.

6. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased or obtained by interested Tenderers upon payment of non-refundable fees of One-Hundred-and Fifty-Naira (N150,000.00) Only Banker’s Cheque and payable to Ogun State Nigeria Climate Adaptation-Erosion and Watershed Project (NEWMAP-EIB). Tender Documents may be obtained electronically from the website: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bkRtlk7nlljsHXi2_Ln0jo_ZVeoMNHz_/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=117694095151813649172&rtpo=true&sd=true Tender Documents obtained electronically will be free of cost.

7. Tender Documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bkRtlk7nlljsHXi2_Ln0jo_ZVeoMNHz_/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=117694095151813649172&rtpo=true&sd=true Tenderers who download the Tender Document must forward their particulars immediately to ogunnewmapeibproc@gmail.com, and 2nd Floor Moyo House, MTD, Ibara, Abeokuta, Ogun State to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security from a commercial bank as stated in paragraph 2 above.

9. The Tenderer shall paginate the submitted Tender Documents.

10. Completed Tender Documents must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00am Thursday 26th November, 2026.

11. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted

12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date on Thursday, 26th November, 2026 by 11am, specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

13. Late Tenders will be rejected.
