RFQ: PROFESSIONAL SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES

OXFAM in Nigeria hereby invites qualified, reputable, eligible and licensed security service providers to submit proposals for the provision of professional security guarding services for its offices located in Abuja (FCT) and Kebbi State and adherence to Oxfam procurement and ethical standards.

SPECIFICATION

Requirements include a total of eleven (11) trained guards:

• Abuja Office: Six (6) guards, including two (2) females.
• Kebbi State Office: Five (5) guards, including one (1) female.

Delivery Information

Services are to be deployed at the following locations within 5 calendar days of Purchase Order (PO) issuance:

• Abuja: 25B Katsina-Ala Street, Maitama.
• Kebbi: Gesse Phase 2, Birnin-Kebbi.

Operational Responsibilities

The service provider shall be responsible for:

• Full deployment of guards to designated locations.
• Provision and maintenance of incident logbooks and timely reporting.
• Ensuring all guards are equipped with complete uniforms, including boots, headgear, professional shirts, trousers, vests, and identification cards.
• Conducting mandatory, periodic training for all personnel.

Note: All guards will be inspected for compliance with these specifications prior to final acceptance.
