AUCTION OF USED VEHICLES

SOCIETY FOR FAMILY HEALTH (SFH) is a leading non-governmental public health organization in Nigeria implementing programmes in Reproductive Health/Family Planning, HIV/AIDS Prevention and Treatment, Primary Health Care System Strengthening, and Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health.
SFH hereby invites interested members of the public to participate in an Open Ascending Auction for the sale of the following vehicles:

Vehicles for Auction
1. 2012 Ford Explorer – Petrol Engine
2. 2025 Ford Ranger – Diesel Engine

Vehicle Inspection
The vehicles will be available for inspection at the address below:
Hon. Justice Ifeyinwa Nzeako House
No. 8 Port Harcourt Crescent, Off Gimbiya Street, Area 11, Garki, Abuja.

Inspection Period:
16 June 2026 – 28 June 2026

Inspection Time: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Workdays Only)

Auction Details
• Date: 30 June 2026
• Time: 10:00 a.m. Prompt
• Venue: Hon. Justice Ifeyinwa Nzeako House, No. 8 Port Harcourt Crescent, Off Gimbiya Street, Area 11, Garki, Abuja.

Payment Terms
The successful bidder shall be required to:
• Make an immediate 40% down payment at the close of the auction.
• Pay the outstanding 60% balance within three (3) working days after the auction date.
Failure to settle the outstanding balance within the stipulated period shall result in the forfeiture of the initial 40% deposit.
All auction sales are final.
Payments shall be made only into the designated SFH bank account. An official receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment by the bank.

Additional Information
• Vehicles are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty or guarantee as to their condition or serviceability.
• Prospective bidders are strongly advised to inspect the vehicles prior to the auction.
• The vehicles were locally purchased; therefore, no customs duties are applicable.
• The successful bidder shall be responsible for the payment of 7.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) on the purchase price, where applicable.
• Successful bidders must remove purchased vehicles within five (5) working days after full payment has been confirmed.
• Possession and release of vehicles shall only be granted upon receipt of full payment.
