SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria hereby invites qualified and reputable vendors, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) for registration and prequalification to provide goods, works, and services for the 2026–2030 financial period.

Eligibility Interested applicants must be duly registered organizations with the requisite capacity and experience. Existing vendors currently providing goods, works, or services to SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria who have not submitted an Expression of Interest (EoI) under the 2026 – 2030 prequalification exercise, as well as those seeking registration under additional eligible categories, are required to participate in this exercise.
Interested applicants should complete the online EoI form, select their preferred category(ies), make the applicable non-refundable application fee, and upload evidence of payment as instructed. Submission of an Expression of Interest and payment of the applicable fee do not guarantee registration, prequalification, invitation to tender, engagement, or contract award.

3: Construction of 400 Bed Space Students Hostel Accommodation on Public-Private Partnership (PPP)
1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS All interested Contractors are expected to submit the following documents duly signed by the authorised officer of the Firm. Failure to meet any of the requirements listed above will result in disqualification of the Bidder.
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC 1 or CAC 2 and CAC 7; b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) year (2023, 2024 & 2025) valid till 31 December, 2026; c. Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2026 with minimum average annual turnover of N50 million; d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2026 (applicable where number of staff is at least 5 or at least N50m turnover); e. Evidence of compliance with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2026; f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 30/06/2026 or valid Certificate issued by BPP; g. Sworn Affidavit: * Disclosing whether or not any Officer of the relevant committees of the Federal University of Medicine & Medical Science, Abeokuta, Ogun State or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the Bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; * that no Director has been convicted in any Country for any criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter; * that the Company is not in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings; h. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years – 2023, 2024 & 2025 duly stamped by the Nigeria Revenue Services (NRS); i. Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; j. Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications k. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs (in size, nature & complexity) executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects; l. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) indicating Lead partner should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Clearance Certificate ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Clearance Certificate, IRR and Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner); m. Letter of authorization as representatives of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs); n. Attach an undertaking on the Company’s Letter Headed Paper indicating willingness to work in areas with security challenges; o. All documents for submission (Technical and Financial documents) must be in hard and soft copies PDF Format (Scanned in a Flash) and transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/ Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letter Headed Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page.
2. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Procurement Unit, Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta, between the working hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, with evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00). Payment should be made via REMITA, receipt generated online and confirmed in the Bursary of the University. Photocopy of the receipt should be attached to the Tender Documents.
