The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; commissioned by BMZ and Co-financed by the European Union (EU) manages multi-sectorial projects across each Geo-political zone in Nigeria. A key part of GIZ’s communications work is raising awareness among both internal and external stakeholders about our portfolio highlighting partnerships, events, impacts, testimonials, human interest stories.

To meet this requirement, GIZ Nigeria & ECOWAS requires services of qualified service providers (companies) that are willing and able to provide efficient and high-quality Printing services and thus invites qualified companies to express their interest to provide the below:

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PRINTING SERVICES.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest on the Company Letterhead (1 page only).
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association.
c. Evidence of Tax payment (TCC) for 2023, 2024 and 2025 or more recent with combined average turnover of NGN 500,000,000.00. (1 page)

The Skills Development for Youth Employment (SKYE II) Programme, implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and co-funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), would like to procure “Small Machines”.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest on a Company Letterhead, which must include CAC TIN No, Address, Contacts person, area of specialization, Email address and a phone number. (1 page only)
b. Evidence of Tax payment (TCC) for 2023, 2024 and 2025 or more recent with a combined average annual turnover of NGN 25,000,000.00. (1 page only)
c. Evidence of three references of previous similar purchase orders in Procurement of machines with a minimum of NGN 30,000,000.00 combined within the last three years. (only third-party evidence is required)
