INVITATION TO TENDER/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

1. INTRODUCTION
The Procurement unit of Yaba Local Council Development Area in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Public Procurement Law, hereby invites suitable qualified experienced and reputable suppliers to submit sealed tenders for the procurement and supply of official vehicle for selected office Holders.

2. NAME OF PROJECT (SUPPLY OF VEHICLES)
The provision of Official vehicles for selected Political Office Holders:

3. QUALIFICATIONS
a. Evidence of registration with CAC, including Certificate of Incorporation
b. Company profile and organizational structure including names and resume of key personnel with address and phone numbers
c. Evidence of registration as a contractor with the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency (PPA) Yaba Local Council Development Area

d. Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last three years
e. Evidence of financial capability
f. Possession of experience as prime contractor in similar project

4. COLLECTION/SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Interested companies are hereby requested to visit the Procurement unit office to obtain bidding documents, unpriced bill, after payment of Tender fee of Fifty thousand (N50,000.00) naira only payable only to the bank.

The original copy packed and marked ‘ORIGINAL’ along with two copies with the name of the organization written on an envelope should be submitted

5. CLOSING/OPENING
The submission of bids shall commence on Thursday, 6th August, 2026 while the deadline for submission of bids is 4.00pm Friday 14th August, 2026 at the Yaba Local Council Development Area secretariat.

The bid opening shall take place on Monday 17th August, 2026 by 10.00am at Yaba Local Council Development Area secretariat
