REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to invite qualified, competent and reputable companies to submit sealed quotations for the procurement of Goods, Works and Services for the Kebbi State Ministry of Justice.

The Kebbi State Ministry of Justice, on behalf of the Kebbi State Government, hereby invites eligible contractors, suppliers and service providers to submit quotations for the procurement of Goods, Works and Services as follows:
i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Company issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Evidence of Registration with the Kebbi State Ministerial Tenders Board.
iii. Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years.
iv. Evidence of Financial Capability and Bank Reference Letter.
v. Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years.
vi. Evidence of VAT Registration and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
vii. Company Profile indicating key management and technical personnel.
viii. Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies, where applicable.
ix. Evidence of successful execution of similar contracts within the last five (5) years.
x. Evidence of compliance with PENCOM, ITF and NSITF requirements, where applicable.
xi. Any other document that may be required to establish the technical and financial capability of the company.

3. Interested bidders shall submit their quotations in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Quotation for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Services for Kebbi State Ministry of Justice” within two (2) weeks from the date of this advertisement to the address below during official working hours of 0900hrs to 1600hrs, Mondays through Thursdays and 0900hrs to 1300hrs on Fridays.
4. The Kebbi State Ministry of Justice reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason for such rejection.
5. All quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, July 3rd, 2026. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
