INVITATION TO TENDER

The Delta State Ministry of Health, Asaba wishes to invite competent and reputable contractors to tender for;
i. Provision & Installation of 5kva Solar Powered Grid for the 41 Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs) in Delta State
ii. Provision & Installation of Medical Equipment for the 41 Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs) in Delta State

BID QUOTATION:
Blank Bills for the tender/ bid quotation are to be collected from the Director, Planning Research & Statistics, Ministry of Health, Asaba, Delta State.

REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALIFICATION AND TENDERING:
a. Tenders’ fee;
b. Company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
c. Corporate Affairs Commission “Particulars of Directors” or “Partners” as applicable;
d. Professional and technical qualification to carry out particular procurement
e. Financial capability;
f. Equipment and other relevant infrastructure to execute particular procurement;
g. Obtain an ‘affidavit of non-conflict of interest and truth of statements’ from the Delta State High Court as provided by the Delta State Public Procurement Law, 2020;
h. Registration with Contractors Registration Board;
i. Tax clearance certificate for the past three (3) years;
j. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed in last five (5) years;
k. Evidence of DSIR

NOTE:
The Ministry is not constrained to engage the lowest bidder for the job.
Submission and collection of tender documents do not guarantee award of the contract;
Opening of tenders holds on Wednesday the 29th of July, 2026 in the Ministry of Health’s Meeting Room. Bidders and Civil Society Organizations are however invited to attend the tenders opening on the stipulated date or any other date that will be communicated.
Interested bidders are to visit the Delta State Public Procurement Commission (DSPPC) website on https://eprocurement.deltappc.dl.gov.ng/login for the mandatory e-procurement processes of these tenders.

CLOSING:
All intending bidders are expected to submit their tender documents in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Chairman, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Health, Ground Floor, Cluster E, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Mariam Babangida Way, Off Okpanam Road, Asaba.

Submission of tenders closes on or before 4pm on Tuesday the 28th of July, 2026.

1.0 PREAMBLE
The Delta State Government through the Ministry of Water Resources Development (MWRD) hereby invites tenders from reputable contractors for the Rehabilitation of Solar Powered Water Supply Scheme at Onyeagwu Primary School, Umunede, Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK

3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

BEDC Electricity Plc intends to procure one (1) set of 11kV, 1250A Indoor Switchgear comprising eight (8) panel boards for the Asaba Mains 2 × 15MVA, 33/11kV Injection Substation. The switchgear shall preferably be of Schneider PIX-ROF, Siemens, or any other equivalent make, and shall comprise the following:

1) Two (2) Incomer Panels;
2) Five (5) Outgoing Feeder Panels; and
3) One (1) Bus Coupler Panel.

SECTION I — DESCRIPTION / STATEMENT OF WORK

1.1       Requirement

The U.S. EMBASSY, ABUJA is seeking proposals for a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for four (4) units of 1000 KVA C32 series Caterpillar generators as detailed in the attached solicitation. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract payable entirely in NGN or USD as applicable by relevant laws and regulations. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with three (3) one-year options. Prospective offerors review the attached solicitation and submit a complete proposal that addresses all the requirements and submission instructions.

1.2       Pre-quotation Site Inspection

A pre-quotation site inspection will be held to review the solicitation with prospective offerors to provide clarification and respond to questions as follows:
