SCOPE OF WORK
MSH Nigeria is looking for reputable and qualified companies for the supply and delivery of goods and services for the identified categories below. Qualified suppliers with the required qualifications, experience, and skills interested in working with MSH Nigeria are to submit a quote via the links provided below.

Applications are hereby invited for the following categories, provided the potential vendors demonstrate that the categories are within their specialization:

CATEGORY A: PROVISION OF PRINTING AND BRANDING SERVICES (Lot 1 & 2)
Printing and Branding companies.

CATEGORY B: SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AND LAB CONSUMABLES AND ACCESSORIES (Lot 3 to 8)
Pharmaceutical Firms, Laboratory Consumables and Accessories Manufacturers, Distributors and Suppliers

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. A cover letter and profile of your organization detailing:
a. Description of the organization, date of establishment, number of employees, etc.
b. Company registration documentation, including CAC incorporation certificates and business licenses. i.e. forms CAC1, CAC2 and CAC7
c. The company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, and 2025)as applicable.
d. Contact information, including physical office address, telephone numbers, contact person, email address, company website, social media handles, etc.
2. References from three (3) former or current clients within the past two years.
3. Verifiable evidence of previous jobs completed in the category you are applying for (evidenced by providing at least a minimum of three (3) Local Purchase Orders or Contracts and documentation for service/supply completion for each LPO or contract provided).
4. Valid Tax registration and tax clearance certificate 2023,2024, 2025.

Submission Instructions:
1. Complete the pre-qualification form here:https://forms.office.com/r/6GW9FXkqJy
2. Open the Detailed Specifications Sheet found in Question No.1 of the form to be sure of the LOT you are to bid for.
3. Vendors are allowed to bid for ONLY ONE CATEGORY and TWO LOTS in that Category as indicated in the pre-qualification form.
4. Only Vendors who complete the pre-qualification form would have their bids reviewed.
5. Upon completion of the form, Vendors are to attach all required documents together with their Technical Proposal, then Financial Proposal, and send to the provided email address in item 7 below.
6. Submissions MUST be two separate documents;
a. Technical Proposal (with all required documentation attached)
b. Financial Proposal
7. Submission should be made on or before 27th July 2026 at 12:00 PM(Nigerian Time) to the MSH Nigeria Procurement team via the following email address: ng-peechbids@msh.org

Note: Indicate clearly the Category of Interest by using the ITB title and Category as the subject of your email, for Example –RFQ for CATEGORY A – LOT 1&2OR RFQ for CATEGORY B– 3 & 4

Please note that the deadline for submission of all indicated documents is 24th July 2026 at 12:00 PM (Nigerian Time).
