INVITATION TO TENDER

This is to notify the general public that AKINYELE LOCAL GOVERNMENT, MONIYA, IBADAN, OYO STATE OF NIGERIA intends to embark on the Road project indicated below:
Construction and Pavement of Bonded Warehouse and Container Terminal Road, Linking Moniya-Iseyin Road and Old Moniya-Oyo Road, Akinyele Local Government Area.
Length =2920; Average Width = 16M (Dualized)

2. Tenders are hereby invited from reputable and competent contractors for the said project.
3. The following documents and /or their photocopies must be attached to the tenders.
(a) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Evidence of Registration with the Local Government as Contractor.
(c) Tenderer (Company) Comprehensive Profile.
(d) Evidence of Execution of similar projects.
(e) Evidence of the payment of Three Years Tax.
(f) Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender Fees of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000.00) only to the coffers of the Local Government.

10. Renovation of Liman Nura Masjid and Interlocks in Tudun Wada Ward
11. Consturction of drainage box culvert and literate filling at layin Marwana Mustapha Badawa in Giginyu Ward

– Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
