Evaluation Criteria:

The evaluation of this requirement will consider price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

Proposal Requirements:

To ensure your proposal is valid, please note the following:

      1. Email all responses to this solicitation to AbujaProcurement@state.gov  including the solicitation number (PR16198495) in the subject line.
      2. Include your performance schedule, specifications, samples, pictures, or complete drawings (where applicable) with your proposal.
      3. Virtual Sample should be provided along with the quotation.
      4. Contractors must provide proof of active registration in Sam.gov, a Unique Entity ID (UEI) code, and evidence of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).  Must be provided along with the quotation.
      5. Contractors must complete and return a signed certification of compliance with applicable U.S. Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws. (Form attached).
      6. Vendors must clearly state delivery terms, including how long it will take to deliver.
      7. Vendors must state it BOLDLY if offering alternatives.

Submission Deadline: 

  • The deadline for submission offer is COB September 16, 2026.

Please note that the Embassy may not contact those with unsuccessful offers.
