TENDER NOTICE

BEDC Electricity Plc requests proposals for the deployment of the following:

Lot 1: Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Solution: The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Solution is to support its digital transformation agenda, strengthen commercial efficiency, improve operational intelligence, and accelerate smart grid modernization.

Lot 2: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems: The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is for the Company’s process automation and integration of the core business functions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Asset, and Inventory Management, etc.

DELIVERY LOCATION: Head Office.

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Interested firms must demonstrate capacity and experience by submitting the following:
a) Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) (Forms CAC 1.1 or CAC 2 & 7);
b) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, ending 31 December 2025;
c) Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025);
d) Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria;
e) Company profile with details of key personnel and equipment;

f) Documentary evidence of authorization as the manufacturer’s representative for the offered product(s) in Nigeria;
g) Verifiable evidence of similar contracts executed in the past five (5) years, with supporting documents (Letters of Award, Valuation Certificates, Completion Certificates, etc.);
h) Statement of eligibility confirming no conflict of interest and compliance with Extant Regulations;
i) Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Policy.

NOTE: Bid Documents containing details of the User Requirements and other specifications shall be issued to the bidder upon confirmation of payment of the tender fee of 100,000.00 per lot. Interested bidders should contact the Procurement team on bidders@beninelectric.com for bank account details and any other clarifications.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Interested firms must submit their Technical and Commercial Bids electronically with the subject marked according to the relevant lot number (i.e. “Lot 1” or “Lot 2”).

All documents must be submitted with a covering letter on official company letterhead, showing the RC number, contact address, email, phone number, and the names/nationalities of the directors. The letter must be signed by an authorized officer of the company.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Bids should be submitted electronically to mtc@beninelectric.com no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
