SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES: DIGITAL AND AI SKILLING PROGRAM
The U. S. CONSULATE GENERAL LAGOS Nigeria is seeking for a qualified organization to design and deliver a 12-month AI and Digital Skills Training Program for recent Nigerian university graduates at four Lagos American Spaces. The qualified organization are required to send their quotes for the service for consideration. Find attached statement of works (SOW) for details.
Moreover, due to the new requirement of Government for offerors to comply with National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), in consonance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, all vendors are required to fill the attached NDAA form.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
