The U. S. CONSULATE GENERAL LAGOS Nigeria is seeking for a qualified organization to manage and facilitate a series of events at all spaces located in Abeokuta, Awka, Benin City, Calabar, Enugu, Ibadan, Lagos, Osogbo, and Port Harcourt for a 12-month period. Qualified organizations are required to send their quotes for consideration.

Attached is the statement of works (SOW) for details of requirements.

Moreover, due to the new requirement of Government for offerors to comply with National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), in consonance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, all vendors are required to fill the attached NDAA form.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

The U. S. EMBASSY IN ABUJA is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Event Management Services for the Inspired by Freedom: The Next 250 contest in commemoration of the 250^th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence, with the U.S Embassy Mission in Abuja, with the objective of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, non-personal services and other logistics support. Kindly submit the quotation based on the attached Statement of Works (SOW).

Payment Terms: Net 30.

Evaluation Criteria:

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the government, considering price and non-price factors such as planning and strategy, announcement and publicity, contest management, shortlisting and coordination, Prize procurement and Management, logistics support and compliance with security requirements.

The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Quoters are encouraged to submit their best terms with their initial quotation.
