FINPACT DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION (FINDEF)-PRE-QUALIFICATION / REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR PROVISION OF CAR HIRE SERVICES
- INTRODUCTION
Finpact Development Foundation (FINDEF) is a registered Nigerian non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable populations through integrated humanitarian and development programmes in Nutrition, WASH, Food Security and Livelihoods, and Protection.
FINDEF invites interested and qualified vendors to submit quotations for the provision of reliable and cost-effective vehicle rental services to support our programme activities across the Northwest region. This pre-qualification exercise aims to identify and engage competent vendors who can provide safe, well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers to support our field operations.
Contract Duration: One (1) year, renewable based on satisfactory performance.
Award Type: One or more vendors may be awarded the contract.
- SCOPE OF WORK
The selected vendor(s) shall be responsible for the following:

| Vehicle Maintenance | Regular maintenance and cleaning of vehicles |
| Documentation | Drivers to complete daily vehicle logbooks (destination, date, driver’s name, plate number, start/end time per trip, and mileage) |
| Take-off Point | State capitals for each respective state |
- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
All interested vendors must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including Articles of Association (Forms CAC2 and CAC7).
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, valid till 31st December 2025.
- Verifiable documentary evidence of at least two (2) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years, including Letters of Award and Job Completion Certificates.
