The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; through its Security and Risk Management Office (SRMO) in Nigeria, financed by BMZ invites qualified companies to express their interest to provide the below:

PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES FOR GIZ OFFICES IN NIGERIA

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by providing guarding services for GIZ Nigeria Offices with the following countrywide:
a. An official letter expressing interest with a Company Letterhead.
b. A comprehensive Company Profile.
c. The company must have employed at least 50 staff members (including managers) over the past three years (2023 – 2026).
d. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association.
e. Bank Introductory letter specifying account number not older than three months.
f. Three reference projects completed in Nigeria in the last three years with a minimum combined commission value of NGN 78,392,500 (50,000 EUR).
g. Evidence of Tax payment (TCC) for 2023, 2024 and 2025 with a combined average annual turnover of NGN 156,785,000 (100,000 EUR).

Technical Experience
h. Provide relevant security certification, certified by a national or international external organisation.
i. Evidence of operations in SW, SE, SS, NE, NW, NC, SS Regions in Nigeria.
j. Copy of operating licence by the NSCDC or other approved professional bodies.
k. Experience of development projects with atleast 50% Official Development Assistance (ODA) finance.
