PUBLIC NOTICE OF TENDER AND DISPOSAL

In accordance with the Ekiti State Public Procurement Re-enactment Law No. 4 of 2020, Ise-Orun Local Government hereby invites qualified contractors, suppliers, prospective buyers and members of the public to participate in the following procurement and disposal activities:

2 Construction of Solar powered Borehole, Steel Stanchion with 8,000-Litre Plastic Water Tank Ogbese, Ise-Ekiti
3 Construction of Agro-Products Market at Shasha Market Ogbese, Ise-Ekiti
4 Construction of Joint Security Post Ogbese, Ise-Ekiti
5 Construction of Joint Security Post Along Agbado Road, Ise-Ekiti

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested bidders shall provide evidence of: (i) CAC registration; (ii) registration with Ise-Orun Local Government and Bureau of Local Content; (iii) valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years; (iv) financial capability/bank assurance letter; (v) at least one similar verifiable project, supported by award letter, photographs and valuation certificate; and (vi) relevant technical competence/training where applicable.

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents are obtainable from the Procurement Office, Ise-Orun Local Government Secretariat, Mondays–Fridays, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., upon payment of a non-refundable fee:
N125,000.00 – Packages 1, 2, 4 & 5
N250,000.00 – Package 3
