INVITATION TO BID

Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA) wishes to invite eligible interested bidders/suppliers to submit their tender for the:

PROCUREMENT OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS, CABLES AND RISER PIPES WITH ACCESSORIES AND MAINTENANCE OF RURAL BOREHOLES ACROSS THE STATE

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT.
– Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
– Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
– Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025);
– Company’s profile;
– Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
– Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

3. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Director Planning Research and Statistics, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA).

4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the General Manager, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA) Yobe State clearly marked Tender document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 3rd July, 2026.

5. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100, 000.00).

7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the Conference Hall of the Office of the Director Planning Research and Statistics, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA) by 12:00 noon on the 3rd July, 2026.
