MOBILE MAPPING ELECTRICITY INFRASTRUCTURE
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; through its SEPIN SUSI programme commissioned by BMZ and Co-financed by the European Union (EU) invites qualified companies to express their interest to provide the below:
SEPIN SUSI M&E MODULE SURVEYS
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest on the Company Letterhead
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association
c. Comprehensive Company Profile
d. The organization must have employed at least 8 staff members (including managers) over the past three years.
e. Bank Introductory letter specifying account number not later than three months
f. Two references of previous similar projects in Monitoring and Evaluation for Governance or Livelihood or Gender project with a minimum of NGN 31,937,000.00 (20,000 EUR) combined.
g. Two reference projects completed in any West African Country in the last three years
h. Evidence of Tax payment (TCC) for 2023, 2024 and 2025 or more recent with a combined average annual turnover of NGN 79,842,500.00 (50,000 EUR)
For consideration, all interested & qualified Companies should submit the aforementioned documents via email as follow:

Complete requested documents should be sent via email to ng_quotation@giz.de not later than Monday 6th July 2026. Documents received after this date will not be considered. Please do not send technical or price offer or documents not requested. Complete tender documents would be sent to qualified companies that express their interest.
