INVITATION TO TENDER

Malteser International is the worldwide humanitarian relief agency of the Sovereign Order of Malta. Its mandate is to provide relief and recovery during and following conflicts and disasters. With more than 60 years of continuous experience, Malteser International provides transitional aid and assistance to reduce the risk of future disasters – remaining present long-term at the scene of more protracted crises.

Malteser International invites eligible contractors to express interest for the below listed activity,

1. ITT-MIU-2026-277 – Supply Live stocks (Approx 380 healthy He-goat and 380 She-Goat and Supply 380 bags of good Groundnut Haulms to Jere and Konduga LGA, Borno State

2. ITT-MIU-2026-293 – Drilling including construction of stanchion of one (1) borehole and upgrade of two (2) boreholes in Kurfi LGA, in Katsina

Interested contractors are invited to request the tender documents through logistic.miu@malteser-international.org until Thursday, June 25, 2026 till 9:00am. No Hard copies will be issued.

Complete required documents with the Tender Reference Number as indicated in the invitation to bid/specification of bidding as the subject of the email should be submitted via email to mb.procurement-nigeria@malteser-international.org

The deadline for submission of complete tender documents will be Thursday 2nd July 2026 till 9:00am. Documents submitted after the closing date and time will be rejected.
