PROJECT MAHGE-REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) AS MAIN CONTRACTOR FOR A 180-BED PURPOSE BUILT STUDENT ACCOMODATION
PROJECT MAHGE invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced construction companies interested in being considered as Main Contractor for the design-and-build (or build-only) delivery of a 180-bed purpose-built student hostel.
This notice is an invitation to register interest only. It does not constitute a tender, an offer, or a commitment by the Employer. Interested firms that meet the minimum indicative criteria below will be issued a detailed Prequalification Questionnaire (PQQ) as the next stage of this process.
