INVITATION TO TENDER

Kuje Area Council hereby invites interested firms and reputable companies to present Bids for the under listed projects as follows:

LOT – 1 Construction of Clinics (PHC) at Ten Political Wards
LOT – 2 Construction of a Block of two Classrooms with an Office in the Ten Political Wards.
LOT – 3 Installation of Solar Street Lights (Three Communities per Ward) Across the Ten Wards
LOT – 4 Provision of Motorized Borehole Across the Ten Wards
LOT – 5 Provision of Motorized Borehole at Kuje Secretariat including refurbishing of existing water scheme.
LOT – 6 Construction of Asphalt Road from Shetuko to NAF Estate.
LOT – 7 Renovation of Kuje Area Council Secretariat Complex
LOT – 8 Construction of New Office Block at the Secretariat with General Landscaping
LOT – 9 Construction of Asphalt Road from Kauna Plaza to Kango Road (Futaji)
LOT – 10 Rehabilitation of Road from Secretariat Junction (Nura Bread) to Kauna Plaza.
LOT – 11 Grading of Temporary Access Road from DAFCOM Junction to Shetuko Village.
LOT – 12 Grading and Stabilization of Temporary Park at Tipper Garage.
LOT – 13 Grading of Rubochi-Kulo-Zokutu Road and Surface Dressing.
LOT – 14 Rural Electrification at Rije and Pasali 2.
LOT – 15 Supply and Installation of Transformers at Kuje Central Ward, Chibiri Ward and Gaube Ward.
LOT – 16 Renovation of Primary School at Chibiri, Pasali, Rubochi, Totoganbiya, Kabi Kasa, Huni and Adegba (Intervention).
LOT – 17 Supply of Branded School Kits (Exercise Books, Mathematical Sets and Instructional Materials); Intervention.
LOT – 18 Supply of Furniture (Chairs and Tables) in Primary Schools Across Wards (Intervention).
LOT – 19 Construction of Kujekwa Road (Surface Dressing).
LOT – 20 Supply of Fertilizers and improved Seedings.
LOT – 21 Purchase of Sprayers, Herbicides and Pesticides.
LOT – 22 Renovation of Legislative Building.
LOT – 23 Supply of furniture at Legislative Building
LOT – 24 Reactivation of Munu Water Scheme and Expansion at Rubochi.
LOT – 25 Construction of Kuje Slaughter House, Pasali.
LOT – 26 Grading of Road from Gbaupe to Gbaukuchi
LOT – 27 Completion of Chibiri PHC.
LOT – 28 Maintenance of Township Drainage and removal of Waste.
LOT – 29 Supply of Security Gadgets, Motorcycles and Vehicles.
LOT – 30 Construction of Asphalt Road at Gofe.
LOT – 31 Construction of Asphalt Road at Jeida.
LOT – 32 Grading and surface dressing of Gwargwada-Pesu-Gombe Road.
LOT – 33 Grading of Rubochi-Gbamfa Road.

REQUIREMENTS:
i. The Company must be duly Registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Evidence of last three years’ Company Tax
iii. The Company must have VAT Certificates
iv. Company Profile
v. Company’s Audited Account for the last three years/last six months’ statements of account.
vi. Evidence of Financial capacity from a reputable Bank including Bank reference letter.
vii. ITF Compliance Certificate
viii. PENCOM Compliance Certificate
ix. NSITF Compliance Certificate
x. Registration Fee is Payable to Kuje Area Council Account at First Bank.
xi. Sworn Affidavit at the High Court that none of your Company’s Director(s) is involved in financial fraud.
xii. Evidence of Registration of Company with Kuje Area Council.

COLLECTION OF TENDERS
Tender documents can be collected from the Logistics Office, Kuje Area Council, on the payment of Non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) only from 14th July, 2026.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER AND PROPOSAL
Completed Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelope marked confidential and addressed to the Secretary Tenders Board not later than 12.00 noon on or before 25th August, 2026. Opening of Tenders shall be by 12.00 noon same day in Kuje Area Council Secretariat Conference Hall.
The Tenders’ Board reserves the right to reject any Tender in part or in full, please.
