BACKGROUND
Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State, is a beneficiary of the Year 2025/2026 (merged) TETFund Career Service Centre Intervention in pursuance of its mandate and in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, and other extant government regulations hereby invites interested contractors/suppliers with relevant experience, reputation and competence to submit technical and financial bids for the under-listed projects:

YEAR 2026 TETFUND CAREER SERVICE CENTRE INTERVENTION

LOT:  PROJECT DESCRIPTION
1: Engagement of Consultants for the Career Centre Programmes and Supply of Books & Journals
2: Procurement of Equipment & Furniture
3: Procurement of Utility Vehicle

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and CAC7
b. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last three (3) Years (2023, 2024 & 2025) valid till 31st December, 2026.
c. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026
d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
e. Evidence of Compliance with National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) valid till 31st December, 2026.
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2026 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
g. A sworn affidavit by a director of the company certifying that:
i. The documents submitted are genuine and correct:
ii. None of the Director(s) of the company had ever been convicted by a Court of Law:
iii. None of the officers of FPB is a present or former Director of the company:
iv. None of the officers of the relevant committees of Federal Polytechnic, Bida or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder.
v. The company is not in receivership, in solvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition.

9. Construction of drainage/culvert crossing slaves and literate filling at layin musa kaugama – M/Gari Muhd, Lawan, Malam Buhari – Dauda Birma, in Giginyu Ward
10. Renovation of Liman Nura Masjid and Interlocks in Tudun Wada Ward
11. Consturction of drainage box culvert and literate filling at layin Marwana Mustapha Badawa in Giginyu Ward

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
