INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER

Nassarawa Local Government Council, Kano State wishes to invite all interested and reputable contractors with relevant experience and professional skills to submit their documents of pre-qualification to bid the following projects:

SCOPE OF THE WORKS
1. Construction of Asphalt road, completion of reinforced concrete drainage and installation of Solar Street light, from Airport Road – Gidan Ruwa – PRP road in Kaura Goje Ward
2. Construction of drainage, culvert, top slaves and literate filling within across eleven wards
3. Construction of block of classrooms and office within nassarawa local government
4. Renovation of block of classroom and office within nassarawa local government
5. Installation of solar street light at various location within nassarawa local government
6. General renovation of Tsohuwar Dakata Friday Central Masjid
7. Re-construciton of daily prayer Masjid (Malam Maharazu) In Tudun Murtala Ward
8. Re-construction of daily prayer Masjid At Hadejia Road Jigirya, Unguwar Liman (Masallacin Malam Liman Jigirya)
9. Construction of drainage/culvert crossing slaves and literate filling at layin musa kaugama – M/Gari Muhd, Lawan, Malam Buhari – Dauda Birma, in Giginyu Ward
10. Renovation of Liman Nura Masjid and Interlocks in Tudun Wada Ward
11. Consturction of drainage box culvert and literate filling at layin Marwana Mustapha Badawa in Giginyu Ward

– Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
– Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
– Company’s profile;
– Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
– Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Ikorodu formerly Lagos State Polytechnic in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 hereby invites interested, competent and reputable companies to submit tender bid documents for its Year 2026 TETFund Zonal Intervention Project mentioned below:

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500KVA Soundproof Electricity Generating Set for College of Agriculture comprising: 1Nr 500KVA Soundproof Generating Set, 1Nr AT&S Control Panel/Gear Switch, Armoured Cables with Maximum of 10meters, 1Nr Reinforced Concrete Base Size3 X 6 X 1.2m Height, Construction & install of 1Nr 1500 litres Steel Fuel Tank including Stand & All Accessories, 1Nr Earthing and Protection, Construction of 1Nr Generator House Consisting of Dwarf Blockwork with PVC Coated Fence wire mesh enclosure including Aluminium Roof Covering on treated hardwood.

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
For purpose of evaluation, interested Contractors should supply the under listed information including but not limited to the following:
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC7
b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years (2023, 2024 and 2025);
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above);
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
e. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database for Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2026;
