INVITATION TO TENDER

1. Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the project below:
(i) CONSTRUCTION OF GODWIN OGORUGBA/EDUJE/MATTHEW ENARUVBE STREET, OTOR-IGHO IN ISOKO NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA

2. Tender Application forms and Documents are to be collected from the Office of the Secretary, Ministerial tenders Board, Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, Asaba, upon payment of non-refundable prescribed fee as contained in paragraph 3: i-xi below:

i) Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with the Delta State Government:
ii) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii) Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv) Verifiable contact address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc;
v) Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N250,000.00 into any Government Treasury Cash office nearest to you;
v Evidence of payment of non-refundable deposit of N180,000.00 into Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads;
