Background
MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is a social enterprise established in Nigeria in 2009 and is a leading provider of family planning and a range of contraceptive options to women, girls, and families across the 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF ROADS

The Kogi State Government, through the Ministry of Works, invites bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the construction and rehabilitation of the following roads under an Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) process:

1. CAC Registration/Incorporation certificate.
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for 2023, 2024 and 2025.
3. Audited Financial Statements/Accounts for 2023, 2024 and 2025.
4. Evidence of registration with the Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement (KGBPP/BPP).
