INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP) PROJECTS

The Management of Federal University Dutse, Jigawa State, Nigeria, in its commitment to infrastructure development, innovation, and improved service delivery, hereby invites reputable investors, developers, financial institutions, and consortiums to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for partnership under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement for the development of strategic infrastructure and services within the University.

PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES

Interested investors may express interest in any of the following projects:

1. Development of Modern Student Hostel Accommodation
Construction and operation of modem hostel facilities to meet the growing accommodation needs of students
2. University Commercial and Shopping Complex
Development of a modern commercial centre including retail shops, banking services, restaurants, and business facilities.
3. Solar Power and Renewable Energy Projects
Development of sustainable energy solutions including solar power generation for the University campus
4. Research and Innovation Centres
Establishment of research facilities and innovation hubs to support academic and technological development.
5. ICT and Digital Infrastructure Development
Deployment of modern ICT infrastructure, including data centres, fibre connectivity, and Sisart campus solutions
6. Agricultural and Agribusiness Development Projects
Development of commercial

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Interested firms/consortiums must demonstrate:
* Proven experience in executing similar infrastructure or development projects
* Strong financial capacity to undertake the proposed investment
* Relevant technical expertise and managerial competence
* Evidence of company registration and legal status
* Company profile and organizational structure
* Evidence of registration/incorporation
* Evidence of relevant project experience
* Proposed partnership or investment model
* Evidence of financial capability

All Expressions of Interest must be submitted within six (6) weeks from the date of publication of this advertisement
