INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES UNDER 2026 TETFUND ANNUAL INTERVENTION

INTRODUCTION
The Nigeria Maritime University, Okerenkoko, Delta State, in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 and other extant regulations hereby invites reputable and competent consulting firms with relevant experience to submit Expression of Interest for consultancy services for the following project:

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

1 Consultancy Services for the Construction & Furnishing of ICT Building with suspended Floor at the Nigeria Maritime University, Okerenkoko. 2026 TETFUND Annual Intervention

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The consulting firms are required to provide professional services, including architectural designs, engineering designs, quantity surveying, and construction supervision for the project.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Competent and interested service providers/Consultants who have requisite experience and desire to execute the project are required to submit the following documents with verifiable evidence for assessment and consideration:
i. Certificate of Incorporation and Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC2 and CAC7.
ii. Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years, valid till 31st December 2026.
iii. Evidence of Pension Compliance Certificate (PENCOM) valid till 31st December 2026.
iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
