INVITATION TO TENDER FOR 2026 TETFUND ANNUAL INTERVENTION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND FURNISHING OF ICT BUILDING

INTRODUCTION
The Nigeria Maritime University, Okerenkoko, Delta State, in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 and other extant regulations hereby invites competent and experience firms with relevant experience and good track record of prompt delivery of similar projects to submit bids for pre-qualification and tender exercise for the following projects:

1:   Construction of ICT Building
2:  Furnishing and Equipping of ICT Building

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Competent and interested companies who have requisite experience and desire to execute the projects are required to submit the following documents with verifiable evidence for assessment and consideration:
i. Certificate of Incorporation and Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC2 and CAC7
ii. Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years, valid till 31st December 2026
iii. Evidence of Pension Compliance Certificate (PENCOM) valid till 31st December 2026
iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026
v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026

INTRODUCTION
The Lagos State Government (LASG) is desirous to Construct a Mini Fire Station in the Lagos State University of Education, Otto-Ijanikin, Lagos aimed at providing timely emergency services in all indigenous Local Government Areas of the State while ensuring adequate safety of lives and property during fire and related emergency. The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, Lagos State Ministry of Special Duties and Inter- governmental Relations urge every interested Bidders to participate in the bid for the above project.
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Lagos State Public Procurement Law & Guidelines for Works and are open to all interested bidders as defined in the guidelines.

2.0 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT/ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
(i) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
(ii) Last 3 years (2023, 2024 & 2025) Company Tax Clearance Certificate with Average Annual Turnover AS INDICATED IN THE BIDDING DOCUMENT
(iii) Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor in at least (2) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of contract award and certificates of job completion within the last Five (5) years. AS INDICATED IN THE BIDDING DOCUMENT
(iv) Detailed Company profile and Organisation structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical/Managerial).
(v) Evidence of financial capability (Reference letter from reputable bank). AS INDICATED IN THE BIDDING DOCUMENT
(vi) Copies of VAT Registration with TIN number and evidences of VAT remittances for the last 3years.
(vii) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years.
(viii) Evidence of 3 years development levy for two directors.
(ix) Evidence of registration as a Contractor with the Lagos State Government as Works Contractor.

SUPPLY OF HYGIENE PACKAGES FOR THE THRIVING ADOLESCENT GIRLS (TAG) INITIATIVE

Description

HUMANITY GOALS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (HGDI) invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of 1,000 individual hygiene packages for adolescent girls under the Thriving Adolescent Girls (TAG) Initiative in selected public secondary schools in Bwari, Kuje and Kwali Area Councils, FCT Abuja.

Each package will contain one pack of sanitary pads, one small bathing/toilet soap, and one small reusable opaque hygiene pouch. The selected supplier will be responsible for procuring and delivering the complete order. Payment will be made by HGDI within 30 days after satisfactory delivery, inspection and acceptance of the supplied items.

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested firms should submit notice of intent to pre-qualify in the tender exercise. The documents should be signed, paginated, separated by dividers and arranged in the order outlined hereunder with table of contents indicating the pages on which each item would be found:
a. Evidence of certificate of incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including forms CAC 1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7, or Business Name where applicable;
b. Evidence of Company/Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2023,2024,2025); valid 31th December, 2026;
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 issued by National Pension Commission (applicable where number of staff is at least 15);
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (applicable where number of staff is at least 5 or at least ₦50m turnover);
e. Nigeria Social Industrial Trust Fund (NISTF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026,
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Services Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2026 or valid Certificate of BPP;
