INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP) hereby invites reputable, experienced, environmental and social safeguards-ready, qualified consultants, firms, vendors, and service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) applications for the procurement needs listed below, in line with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.

Contract Title: Fundraising Strategy Design and Implementation Services
Key Deliverables / Scope of Works, Services or Supply: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including capital-raising frameworks, investor engagement plans, funding transaction support, donor mobilization, and fundraising advisory services.

Contract Title: Supply, Deployment and Support of Enterprise Risk and Governance, Risk & Compliance (ERM/GRC) Software
Key Deliverables / Scope of Works, Services or Supply: Supply, configure, deploy, and support an integrated ERM/GRC platform for risk management, compliance monitoring, audit management, governance reporting, and enterprise-wide risk oversight.

Contract Title: Financial Accounting and Taxation Services
Key Deliverables / Scope of Works, Services or Supply: Provide financial accounting, taxation, treasury, financial reporting, compliance advisory, audit readiness, and financial process improvement services.

Key Deliverables / Scope of Works, Services or Supply: Conduct legal, financial, operational, commercial, and enhanced due diligence assessments, including compliance reviews, risk evaluations, and investigative background checks.

Contract Title: Technical Legal Support, Including Statutory Filing Services, Governance and Compliance Training Support, Stakeholder Partnerships and Government Relations
Key Deliverables / Scope of Works, Services or Supply: Provide legal and regulatory support for: regulatory and statutory filings; IP registration / filings, FOI Compliance Trainings, Corporate Governance Evaluation, strategic partnerships, government engagements, policy advocacy, stakeholder negotiations, and institutional collaboration frameworks.

Contract Title: Board Trainings, Retreat, Performance Evaluation and Individual Directors’ Assessment Services
Key Deliverables / Scope of Works, Services or Supply: Conduct Board, Committee, and Director performance evaluations, Governance evaluation, trainings, retreat, and provide governance improvement recommendations, benchmarking, and capacity-building action plans.

Contract Title: Supply, Installation and ICT Support Services
Key Deliverables / Scope of Works, Services or Supply: Supply, install, configure, maintain, and provide technical support for ICT equipment, end-user devices, and related technology infrastructure.

Contract Title: Technology Infrastructure, ICT Devices and Cybersecurity Services
Key Deliverables / Scope of Works, Services or Supply: Design, supply, implement, secure, and support enterprise technology platforms, infrastructure, ICT systems, artificial intelligence systems, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and business continuity capabilities.

Contract Title: Provision of Contact Centre and Helpdesk Support Services
Key Deliverables / Scope of Works, Services or Supply: Provide multi-channel customer support services, beneficiary engagement, enquiry management, issue resolution, escalation handling, and performance reporting for CREDICORP beneficiaries and stakeholders.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Interested firms are required to submit:
PART A (Mandatory)
i. A covering letter on the company’s letterhead
a) Duly signed by an authorized officer, indicating the firm’s contact details, address, telephone numbers, and email address, and contract number, and
b) Clearly listing documents submitted for the EOI pre-qualification.
ii. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including CAC Form CAC2 and CAC7 (or their current equivalents).
iii. Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate covering the last three (3) consecutive years, valid up to 31st December 2026.
iv. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate issued by the National Pension Commission (PENCOM), valid up to 31st December 2026.
v. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate, valid up to 31st December 2026.
vi. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate, valid up to 31st December 2026.
vii. Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of a valid Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) Registration Certificate or Interim Registration Report (IRR), current at the time of submission.
PART B
ix. Evidence of financial capability, including a reference letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating the bidder’s financial standing and willingness to provide credit facilities, where required.
x. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) consecutive years (2023, 2024, 2025), signed by a Licensed Auditor.
PART C
xi. A sworn affidavit confirming that the firm is not in receivership, insolvent, or bankrupt; none of the directors has been convicted of any criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety; the firm has no subsisting litigation with the procuring entity; no conflict of interest working for the Corporation, and all information submitted is true and correct.

xii. Evidence of Environmental and Social Standards / Frameworks / Policies /Certifications/ Licenses / Authorization / Products/ Safeguards, and others.
xiii. Evidence showing vendors’ environmental sustainability, social and ethical responsibility.
PART E (Technical to be scored)
xiv. Work Proposal and methodology and proposed time sheet
xv. Company profile including:
a) Curriculum Vitae of key professional staff proposed for the assignment.
b) Evidence of License and registration with relevant professional bodies supported by valid professional certificates of the firm and/or key personnel (e.g., COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON, ICAN, ANAN, NIA, NSE, CIPMN, or other recognized bodies), which must be current and valid at the time of submission OR Professional Indemnity Insurance.
c) Evidence of Project Management competencies, capacity, licenses, certifications, and qualifications.
d) Evidence of regulatory / oversight bodies registration, authorization / qualification (example: NITDA Certified OEMs, NOTAP, Centre for Management Development, NSA for Critical Infrastructure, NEMSA for Power Installations, NDPA for data, FRC, and others, (where applicable).
e) Certificate of subscription to the Standards Organization of Nigeria’s (SON) Digital Standards Platform (DSP), (where applicable).
f) Proof of registration as controllers or processors of data with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) (where applicable).
g) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar assignments executed in the last five (5) years, supported by letters of award, contract agreements, and certificates of completion.
h) Evidence of ownership or lease of relevant equipment, where applicable / Equipment Leasing Registration Authority (ELRA) (Where applicable).
SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS

1. The procurement portal at https://procurement.credicorp.org clearly marked “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST” [Name of Project and Reference Number]” not later than 12:00 noon on 22nd of June 2026.
OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENTS
The EOI documents shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at CREDICORP Head Office, Centurium Place, CBD, Abuja, FCT, in the presence of bidders’ representatives and interested members of the public. Members of the public and intended vendors are all invited to witness the EOI opening by 12 Noon on 22nd of June 2026.
GENERAL INFORMATION
• EOIs must be in English Language and duly signed by an authorized officer of the firm.
• Late submissions shall be rejected.
• Submission of EOI does not guarantee invitation to submit financial proposals.
• The Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any document submitted.
• This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation, nor shall it entitle any firm to make any claims whatsoever.
• Only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit Requests for Proposals (RFP) OR Financial Bids.
