SEARCH FOR COMMON GROUND (SEARCH) NIGERIA is implementing activities under its Rapid Response for Peace Project with funding from Spirit of America (SOA) aimed to reduce the incidence and severity of religious and intergroup violence by creating a strengthened multilevel (community/state) Early Warning and Early Response System (EWER) in Benue, Nasarawa, Plateau and Taraba states, Nigeria. As part of these efforts, Search seeks to establish and equip EWER Situation Rooms in Benue, Plateau, Nasarawa and Taraba States. The organization hereby invites qualified, experienced and reputable vendors to submit quotations for the supply, delivery and where applicable installation of the required equipment. Interested vendors may apply for one or multiple lots and locations. Bidders must clearly indicate the lot(s) for which they are submitting quotations. Preference will be given to vendors with demonstrable operational presence and capacity within the state(s) of implementation

Deadline for Submission of Bids: Offers must be received via email to nigeria-procurement@sfcg.org or hard copy deliveries must be stamped and signed by the offeror’s authorized representative and delivered to the Search Office located at 9 Kashim Ibrahim Road, Old GRA, Makurdi, Benue state | Nigeria or any of her field offices, no later than 5:00 PM on 03 July 2026
