INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION / EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) YEAR 2026

Galaxy Backbone Limited (GBB), the Digital Infrastructure Company of the Federal Government of Nigeria, with offices nationwide, hereby invites reputable and competent firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for prequalification for the year 2026 in the categories below:

SECTION A

1. SOFTWARE & ICT SERVICES (Lot 1)
Lot 1 Software Solutions and Digital Services

2. SUPPLIES (Lots S1-S6)
• Lot S1 Stationery
• Lot S2 Printing
• Lot S3 IT Peripherals
• Lot S4 Facility Consumables
• Lot S5 Safety Equipment
• Lot S6 General Supplies

3. WORKS (Lots W1-W6)
• Lot W1 Construction and Renovation
• Lot W2 Power and Solar Solutions
• Lot W3 ICT Installations
• Lot W4 HVAC Systems
• Lot W5 Fire and Security Systems
• Lot W6 Maintenance Works

4. CONSULTANCY SERVICES (Lots C1-C6)
• Lot C1 ICT Advisory
• Lot C2 Project Management
• Lot C3 Policy Development

SECTION B

1. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Interested firms are required to submit the following documents:
• Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Company’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
• PENCOM Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
• Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
• Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
• BPP Compliance certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
• Evidence of execution of similar projects
• Proof of financial capability.
• Sworn affidavit in line with procurement requirements

2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
• All Expressions of Interest must be submitted in PDF format only.
• Submissions must be clearly titled with the Company Name and Lot Number.
• EOIs should be submitted via email to: tenders@galaxybackbone.com.ng

3. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
All submissions must be received on or before 12:00 PM, 30th June 2026. Late submissions will be rejected.

4. DISCLAIMER
• GBB reserves the right to verify all submissions.
• GBB shall not be held liable for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of EOI documents.
