1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Sheda Science and Technology Complex is a Government Parastatal with a mandate to conduct Research and Development in the Advanced Basic and Applied Science, and Maintain High Quality Advanced Research Laboratories and Facilities in Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering, Chemistry, Physics and Applied Mathematics and Simulation for use by all institutions of higher learning to strengthen the technological base of the Nigerian economy.

1.2 The Federal Government of Nigeria has made provision in the 2026 Appropriation Act for the procurement of Goods and Works in respect of Sheda Science and Technology Complex, Sheda Abuja. Consequently, the Complex is desirous of engaging competent Companies to submit Tender documents for the followings:

LOT W1: Supply and Installation of Solar Street Lights and Transformer in Selected Locations of the Six (6) Geopolitical Zone.
LOT W2: Installation of Solar Powered Borehole in Selected Locations of the Six (6) Geopolitical Zone
LOT W3: Construction of Roads and Drainages in Selected Areas in Northern Nigeria
LOT W4: Construction of Markets, Community Civic Centre,, ICT Centre, Police Barracks and Public Buildings in Selected Locations of the Six (6) Geopolitical Zone
LOT W5: Construction and Renovation of Classrooms in Selected Areas in Northern Nigeria

3.0 ELTGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2.1, or CAC7 and CAC1.1 (CAC Status Report). Business Name with Form BN1 is also acceptable in case of Services;
b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate of all the Partners in case of Business Name) for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2026;

Bidders shall submit: CAC incorporation documents; company profile/contact details; qualifications/experience of key personnel; evidence of similar projects executed in the last 3 years; audited accounts for 20232025; applicable bank guarantee; valid Tax Clearance Certificate up to 2025; local content evidence; HSE policy/personnel and project-specific method statement; proposed work programme and bid validity; and evidence of MOAMOG HCDT registration, where applicable.

1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the EKITI State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning & Empowerment Project (EKITIAGILE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement and installation of security and safety equipment/materials for secondary schools in Ekiti State.

2. The EKITI State Ministry of Education through the office of the Project Coordinator EKITI AGILE now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of the following:

ii. Updated Evidence of Registration with the Jigawa State Due Process & Project Monitoring Bureau valid for the year 2026.
iii. Updated Evidence of Registration with the Jigawa State Works Registration Unit.
iv. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate of the partners in case of Business Name) for the last three (3) years i.e. (2023, 2024 and 2025).
v. Company’s Audited Accounts for the immediate last three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025) duly acknowledged by the Jigawa State Government regulatory body.

3.2 Additional Requirements:
vi. Evidence of VAT registration and remittance.
vii. Evidence of financial capability and banking support.
viii. Company average turnover.
ix. Court affidavit indicating that the Company is not under any receivership or bankrupt.
x. Bid Security of 2% of the tender sum.
xi. Verifiable evidence of relevant experience for three (3) Years in similar jobs.
xii. List of verifiable construction machinery, equipment and plant possession status.
xiii. Company profile with the curriculum vitae of key staff indicated in the bidding document to be deployed to project, including copies of their academic/professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON, MLSCN, NISLT, etc.
