1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the EKITI State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning & Empowerment Project (EKITIAGILE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement and installation of security and safety equipment/materials for secondary schools in Ekiti State.

iv. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate of the partners in case of Business Name) for the last three (3) years i.e. (2023, 2024 and 2025).
v. Company’s Audited Accounts for the immediate last three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025) duly acknowledged by the Jigawa State Government regulatory body.

3.2 Additional Requirements:
vi. Evidence of VAT registration and remittance.
vii. Evidence of financial capability and banking support.
viii. Company average turnover.
ix. Court affidavit indicating that the Company is not under any receivership or bankrupt.
x. Bid Security of 2% of the tender sum.
xi. Verifiable evidence of relevant experience for three (3) Years in similar jobs.
