INVITATION TO TENDER

A. INTRODUCTION
This is to inform the general public that Kwali Area Council wishes to invite credible and reputable companies to participate in a competitive tendering process for the following projects in its 2026 appropriation/ budget:

1. Construction of Asphalt road from A2 to Mini Bridge at Piri.
2. Construction of Street road from Zakari Shuaibu residence to Coca – cola, Kwali.
3. Provision of Solar Street light within five (5) wards: Kwali Central, Kilankwa, Pai, Dafa and Kundu wards.
4. Provision of Solar Street light within five (5) wards: Wako, Yangoji, Yebu, Ashara and Gumbo wards.
5. Construction of Primary Health Center at Pache
6. Construction of Primary Health Center at Sheda FGC.
7. Upgrading and Furnishing of Primary Health Center at Lambata.
8. Renovation of Primary Health Center at Kilankwa II
9. Renovation of Primary School at Gada biyu, Wako.
10. Renovation of Honourable Chairman’s Office.
11. Renovation of Honourable Vice Chairman’s Office/ Expansion of Logistics office.
12. Renovation of Council Secretariat Conference Hall, Kwali.
13. Rehabilitation of Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert by Kwali earth dam.
14. Renovation of perimeter fence and upgrading of Gate House at the Council Secretariat.
15. Supply and Installation of Transformer at PHC Pai, Bako, Shagari/ Satellite Quarters and Koroko.

B. QUALIFICATION FOR BIDDING
Interested companies must submit pre-qualification documents and technical/financial bids showing:
1. Certificate of Incorporation with CAC
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years
3. Audited financial statement for last 3 years
4. ITF, PENCOM and NSITF compliance certificate
5. A detailed copy of its company profile to include:
I. Paid up share capital.
II. List of directors and key management staff.
III. List/ evidence of requisite equipment for operation for the job it’s tendering for.
IV. Evidence of similar jobs executed in the last 5 years with completion certificate.

C. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT
Tender document can be collected from the Procurement Office, Kwali Area Council Secretariat upon the payment of non-refundable tender fees of sixty thousand naira (N60, 000.00) only evidence of registration with the Area Council as from 1st July, 2026.

D. BIDDING
Bidding would strictly follow laid down procedures and principles of due process. Completed tenders must be submitted in sealed envelope marked confidential and addressed to the Chairman Tenders Board, Kwali Area Council and deposited in the tender box not later than 12:00 noon on or before 12th August, 2026. Opening of the tender shall be by 1:00pm same day in Council Conference Hall, bidders are invited to witness. The Tender Board reserves the right to reject any tender in part or in full.
