INVITATION TO BID

The Ministry of Health and Human Services, Damaturu, Yobe State, in line with the Public procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested contractors with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for the:

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 300 BED CAPACITY GENERAL HOSPITAL AT POTISKUM, YOBE STATE

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
– Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
– Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
– Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025);
– Company’s profile;
– Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
– Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

3. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the Office of the Director of Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Health and Human Services.

4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Yobe State clearly marked ‘Tender Document’ and delivered not later than 12:00 noon on 1st July, 2026.

5. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100,000.00).

6. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the Conference Hall of the Office of the Director of Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Health and Human Services by 12:00 noon on 1st July, 2026.
