MALPROJEL AND IK SERVICES LIMITED-REQUEST FOR STRATEGIC EQUITY INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY: DUAL-SECTOR JOINT VENTURE IN CONSUMER ELECTRONICS & ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE (NIGERIA & WEST AFRICA)

REQUEST FOR STRATEGIC EQUITY INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY: DUAL-SECTOR JOINT VENTURE IN CONSUMER ELECTRONICS & ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE (NIGERIA & WEST AFRICA)

Dear Prospective Investor,

MALPROJEL AND IK SERVICES LIMITED as a 100% privately held, Nigerian-managed firm headquartered in Port Harcourt was incorporated in 2007 with RC No.:690773 and have diversified interests spanning across key growth sectors of the West African economy. We are writing to invite you to participate as a strategic equity investor in a high-growth, dual-sector joint venture poised to capture significant market share in the Nigerian and broader West African regional markets.

This venture leverages exclusive partnerships with two global industry titans: Vestel Electronics, a leading European consumer electronics manufacturer, and ADNOC Distribution, the energy and lubricant powerhouse of the UAE. By combining immediate-yield distribution with high-barrier local manufacturing, this enterprise offers an unparalleled footprint in Africa’s largest consumer and industrial hubs

The Opportunity: A Two-Pronged Growth Engine

Our business model is structured in two distinct, de-risked phases designed to establish immediate market traction before scaling into heavy infrastructure and local production.

1. Electronics Division: Vestel Electronics
Phase 1 (Immediate Market Traction): Act as the sole licensee for the importation and nationwide commercial distribution of Vestel’s premium, cost-competitive smart TVs, home appliances, and digital solutions.
Phase 2 (Value Localization): Transition into a local assembly and manufacturing plant within a designated Nigerian Free Trade Zone. This will drastically reduce import tariffs, lower production costs, and allow duty-free export across the ECOWAS region.

2. Energy & Lubricants Division: ADNOC Distribution
Phase 1 (Immediate Market Traction): Establish the exclusive importation and distribution networks for ADNOC’s world-class lubricants, fluids, and specialized petrochemical products targeting automotive, industrial, and marine sectors.

Phase 2 (Infrastructure Expansion): Construct a state-of-the-art local lubricant blending and petrochemical plant alongside a strategic network of retail fuel stations to dominate the regional downstream energy supply chain.
