1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World bank toward the cost of the Jigawa State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for the construction of 19 Junior Secondary Schools and 20 Senior Secondary Schools, LOTs 1 to 7 in Jigawa State.

2. The Jigawa State Ministry of Higher and Secondary Schools, through the office of the Project Coordinator, Jigawa State AGILE now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for one or several of the following lots for the construction of 19 Junior Secondary Schools and 20 Senior Secondary Schools in Jigawa State:

LOT 1, Construction of 3nr SSS and 1nr JSS

LOT 2, Construction of 5nr SSS

LOT 3, Construction of 3nr SSS and 5nr JSS

LOT 4, Construction of 3nr SSS and 3nr JSS

LOT 5, Construction of 2nr SSS and 4nr JSS

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit”) toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES). The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), State Coordination Office (SCO), Bauchi, an implementing agency of the Client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of Livestock Investment and Breeding Centre Darazo, Small Ruminant Development Centre Misau and Breed Conservation Center at Bauchi State University Gadau (lot 1-3) Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Bauchi State Coordination Office (SCO) Bauchi and upon approval by the Bank, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement.

2. The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project –Bauchi State Coordination Office, Bauchi State now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for this activity: Construction of Livestock Investment and Breeding Centre Darazo, Small Ruminant Development Centre Misau and Breed Conservation Center at Bauchi State University Gadau (lot 1-3); the work period is for (6) months. The margin of Preference shall not be allowed.
