WATERAID NIGERIA, with funding from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is implementing ‘Strengthening Water and Sanitation Delivery in Abuja, Nigeria – Year 3’ project and hereby invites tenders from reputable and qualified companies for the construction of one (1) sanitation facility and three (3) water facilities in Bwari Area Council of the FCT.

SCOPE OF WORK

• LOT 1: Construction of: (i) a solar-powered mini water supply scheme at Junior Secondary School, Bwari Central, Bwari Area Council, including borehole rehabilitation/development, installation of a 10,000-litre elevated water storage tank, solar pumping system, strategically located tap stands/tap islands, a water kiosk, and perimeter fencing; and (ii) a gender-segregated sanitation facility comprising seven cubicle.
• LOT 2: Construction of a solar-powered mini water supply scheme at Dnako Community, Bwari Area Council, including borehole development, installation of a 10,000-litre elevated water storage tank, solar pumping infrastructure, strategically located tap stands/tap islands, a water kiosk, and perimeter fencing for safe and sustainable water supply.
• LOT 3: Construction of a solar-powered mini water supply scheme in Kogo II Community, Bwari Area Council, including borehole development, installation of a 10,000-litre elevated water storage tank, solar pumping infrastructure, strategically located tap stands/tap islands, a water kiosk, and perimeter fencing for safe and reliable water distribution.

i) That the documents submitted for the prequalification exercise are not only genuine but correct
ii) That none of the directors of the company has been convicted by any Court of Law
iii) That the company is not bankrupt
iv) That none of the officers of Jigawa State/Local government is a present Director of the company
