The institution focuses on Medical Health sciences and allied professions. 1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All interested Contractors are expected to submit the following documents duly signed by the authorised officer of the Firm. Failure to meet any of the requirements listed above will result in disqualification of the Bidder.

a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC 1 or CAC 2 and CAC 7;

l. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) indicating Lead partner should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Clearance Certificate ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Clearance Certificate, IRR and Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner);
m. Letter of authorization as representatives of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs);
n. Attach an undertaking on the Company’s Letter Headed Paper indicating willingness to work in areas with security challenges;
o. Note: The project involves construction and Installation of Automated Hatchery and Breeder House in Niger State having a site preparation and earth work, Construction of security outpost and gate house, Perimeter fence, Hatchery Unit, and Breeder House. Installation of Solar and Supply of Hatchery Equipment. Strict undertaking of Social and Environmental Safeguard measures would be adhered to. The work is expected to be completed within 12 months.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement method using Request for Bids (RFB) document as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers-Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” November, 2020- Fourth Edition (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the State Project Coordinator Niger State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1600 at the address given below.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT.
• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025);
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.
