INVITATION TO TENDER AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
FOR THE EXECUTION OF 2026 APPROVED CAPITAL PROJECTS
1. INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research (NIFOR), a Federal Government Research Institute under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, is mandated to undertake research and development in Oil Palm, Coconut, Raphia, Date palm and Shea value chains in Nigeria.
In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the Institute hereby invites interested, competent and reputable Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers with relevant experience and good track records to submit Technical Bids and Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the underlisted projects under its 2026 Appropriation.
2. SCOPE OF PROJECTS
CATEGORY A – WORKS
LOT W24 – Electrification and Provision of 2 Nos Transformers at Agbokigboro and Ozanogogo Communities, Ika-South LGA, Delta State
LOT W25 – Electrification and Provision of 2 Nos Transformers at Agbokigboro and Ozanogogo, Delta North Senatorial District
CATEGORY B – GOODS
LOT G10 – Provision of School Uniforms, Sandals and School Bags to Primary School Pupils in Owan West in Owan Federal Constituency
LOT G11 – Supply of Farm Implements and others to Ward 3, Ika South Local Government Area, Delta State
LOT G12 – Supply of Farm Implements in Selected Communities in Delta North Senatorial District
CATEGORY C – SERVICES (EOI)
LOT S4 – Training of Youths in Ward 3, Oza, Ika, Delta State
LOT S5 – Training of Youths in Ika Communities in Delta North Senatorial District
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested Companies/Firms are required to submit the following documents:
a. Evidence of certificate of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC₀ or CAC₂ and CAC;
b. Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December 2026.
c. Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
e. Evidence of current Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026.
