3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC 1, CAC 2 and CAC 7.
ii. Evidence of company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (03) years (2023, 2024, 2025) valid till 31st December, 2026.
iii. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above).
iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above or the bidder’s annual turnover is N50m and above.
v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026.
vi. Evidence of registration on the National database of Federal contractors, consultants and service providers by inclusion of interim registration report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2026 or valid certificate issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
vii. Sworn Affidavit: Disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Futa Teaching Hospital, Akure, Ondo State or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particular.
viii. The company is not in receivership, insolvent or bankrupt;
ix. None of the directors has been convicted in any court of law for procurement fraud;
x. Reference letter from reputable commercial bank in Nigeria indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
xi. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (03) years 2023, 2024, 2025;
xii. Company’s profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON, SURCON, NITDA and CPN, etc;
xiii. For Motor Vehicle’s procurement: only companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Council’s approved list of local manufacturers of vehicles or their authorized representatives should bid for the vehicles;
xiv. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (03) similar jobs executed in the last five (05) years including letters of award, valuation certificate, job completion certificates and photographs of the projects.
xv. Health and Medical Equipment: Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) listed in the Approved Policy for Procurement of Health and Medical Equipment for Tertiary Hospitals in Nigeria;
xvi. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) indicating Lead Partner should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pencom, Industrial Training Fund (ITF), NSITF and Interim Registration Report (IRR) and Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV Partner).
xvii. Letter of consent to allow for verification of all the documents submitted including CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pencom, Industrial Training Fund (ITF), NSITF and Interim Registration Report (IRR);

Note: All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. 1. INTRODUCTION
The Ubima Marginal Field, located in the north-western part of SPDC’s OML-17 in the Eastern Niger Delta, was discovered in 1965 and lies approximately 40 km north of Port Harcourt. All Grace Energy Limited (AGEL) holds 100% participating interest and serves as the field’s designated operator. AGEL invites reputable, competent, experienced, and duly registered Nigerian oil and gas contractors to submit technical and commercial proposals for Drilling Waste Management Services. Services must comply with Nigerian laws, environmental regulations, HSSE requirements, Nigerian Content obligations, and procurement guidelines.

2. SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor shall provide all materials, labour, certified equipment and logistics required for the safe collection, containment, transport, treatment and disposal of drilling waste, including WBM/SOBM cuttings, brine, oily wastewater, contaminated sand and deck runoff. The contractor shall supply skips, transfer trucks, closed cuttings transfer systems, dewatering equipment, treatment chemicals, laboratories, incinerators and thermal desorption units, all certified by NUPRC. Treated waste shall be analysed, documented and reported in line with EGASPIN and NUPRC requirements. Secondary waste shall be transferred to an engineered landfill, while drill-site and camp-site remediation shall restore affected areas to their natural condition. – that the company is not bankrupt, in receivership or under liquidation or involved in any litigation which can potentially affect the company’s ability to effectively discharge their responsibility if engaged;
– that no Partner/ Director has been convicted in any country for criminal offences related to fraudulent or corrupt practices or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter
i. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years – (2023, 2024 & 2025);
j. Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
k. Company Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications
l. Letter of Authorization as representative of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs);
m. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;

SUPPLY OF HYGIENE PACKAGES FOR THE THRIVING ADOLESCENT GIRLS (TAG) INITIATIVE

Description

HUMANITY GOALS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (HGDI) invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of 1,000 individual hygiene packages for adolescent girls under the Thriving Adolescent Girls (TAG) Initiative in selected public secondary schools in Bwari, Kuje and Kwali Area Councils, FCT Abuja.

Each package will contain one pack of sanitary pads, one small bathing/toilet soap, and one small reusable opaque hygiene pouch. The selected supplier will be responsible for procuring and delivering the complete order. Payment will be made by HGDI within 30 days after satisfactory delivery, inspection and acceptance of the supplied items.
