e. Evidence of Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till December 31st, 2026;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2026 or valid certificate issued by BPP;
g. Sworn affidavit:
– disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu, Enugu State or Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information provided in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
– that no Director has been convicted in any Country for any criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.
– that the company is not in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings.
– that the company does not have existing loan or financial liability with any bank, other financial institutions or third party as doubtful, non-performance, bad or whose repayment portion has been outstanding for the last four (4) months.
h. Letter of authorization as the representative of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM);
i. Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) years – 2023, 2024 & 2025;
j. Reference letter from a reputable bank in Nigeria including willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
k. Company’s profile with Curriculum Vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON, etc;
l. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs (in size, nature and complexity), executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Award, Valuation Certificate, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the Projects;
m. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Clearance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Clearance Certificate, IRR and sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV Partner);

1. The Government of the federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kebbi State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for learning and Empowerment project (KBAGILE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under contract for procurement of Desktop computers, printers, projectors, motorized projector screens and required applications, installation, labelling and distribution for digital literacy training to 50 schools under Kebbi AGILE. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payment using the direct payment disbursement method as defined in the World Bank Disbursement Guideline for investment project Financing.

2. The Kebbi State Ministry of Education through the office of the Project Coordinator Kebbi AGILE now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the activity, the procurement of Desktop computers, printers, projectors, motorized projector screens and required applications, installation, labelling and distribution for digital literacy training to 50 schools under Kebbi AGILE under Kebbi State AGILE. The delivery period is 90 days. The margin of preference shall not be allowed.

NB: Bidders wishing to offer unconditional discount will be allowed to do so, provided the discount is included in the Letter of Bid.

3. 1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Ikorodu formerly Lagos State Polytechnic in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 hereby invites interested, competent and reputable companies to submit tender bid documents for its Year 2026 TETFund Zonal Intervention Project mentioned below:

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500KVA Soundproof Electricity Generating Set for College of Agriculture comprising: 1Nr 500KVA Soundproof Generating Set, 1Nr AT&S Control Panel/Gear Switch, Armoured Cables with Maximum of 10meters, 1Nr Reinforced Concrete Base Size3 X 6 X 1.2m Height, Construction & install of 1Nr 1500 litres Steel Fuel Tank including Stand & All Accessories, 1Nr Earthing and Protection, Construction of 1Nr Generator House Consisting of Dwarf Blockwork with PVC Coated Fence wire mesh enclosure including Aluminium Roof Covering on treated hardwood.

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
For purpose of evaluation, interested Contractors should supply the under listed information including but not limited to the following:
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC7
b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years (2023, 2024 and 2025);
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above);
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
e. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database for Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2026;
